Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of delivery and store credit will be issued to your account upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.

We do not offer refunds or exchange under the following conditions:

  • If your order has not yet been shipped and you would like to cancel, we can give you store credit – go to My Account – Order history and select Cancel Order.
  • If you would like to exhange – you will need to return the original item, wait for credit to be issued for the returned item, and then you will be able to place a new order using the returned store credit.
  • After 7 days unfortunately we are unable to exchange or refund items.
  • Returns may take approximately 1 weeks to process your credit note.
  • Products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returns must be collected by us – please follow the returns process below except for orders made outside the Germany  The cost of shipping and any custom duty imposed due to the return of the item will be deducted from the order value.
  • Underwear & Lingerie are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • In the case of faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we may offer you a substitute or replacement product or we will give you a full refund. In any case you must return the faulty, damaged or incorrect products to us as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered, and must be free of any stains/marks.
